Clark Kent is Superman?! NO WAY!!!

The Television new for this week:
  • CW's Green Arrow series will be called Arrow. Writers and producers are calling the series edgy, provocative, and sophisticated. Its also planned to be not as much of a TV comic book like Smallville was. They are saying Oliver Queen is suppose to be like Jason Bourne/Rambo with arrows. If it is any good as they say it will be it may be worth a watch.
  • House is coming to an end soon. Season 8 will be its last season. Fans are being promised and Amazing Finally! I personally have not been following the show for sometime now. The show started to get repetitive and dragged on for too long. Though it is still sad to see it go of the air.
  • Remember how Smallville ended without you seeing Clack Kent wearing the Superman Suit. Well, the producers took that into consideration and are going to be releasing Smallville Season 11 as a comic book. It will pick up  six months after the TV series ended and will Follow Clark/Superman through his first year as Superman. The side character that will be in the comic are Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, Chloe Queen, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor.  DC Entertainment are trying to have the first chapter ready to release online April 12 and a print to be released  May 16. A new Chapter will be released digitally each week and will release one month later as a psychical comic book. Here is a taste of what the comic will look like:

  • Community is coming back this spring and has a surprise ending to the season. According to Joel McHale a Male Character in the show will die at the end of the season, but it will not be one of the main Cast members. Now the only question is, who is going to die? Could it be Star-Burns? Could it be Leonard? Or could it be Magnitude aka the Pop Pop guy? And could this be the Series Finally? I guess we will just have to wait and find out.

Was the Jetsons TV show Racist?

As always on the Monday blog, the Weekend Box Office Results:

  1. The Devil Inside
  2. Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
  3. Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows
  4. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)
  5. Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked
Now onto the news for the day:
  • Now this is only a rumor and maybe a good one at that, but Bradley Cooper might be Lex Luthor in Superman: Man of Steel.
  • New Line Cinema wants to make a Horrible Bosses Sequel? Right now the original cast is back for it. Which means it might be the same story over again. The only this could turn out good is if the they change characters (which already has not happened) or change the story so that they help other people get rid of their Horrible Bosses. I could see this being good, but not with the same story line.
  • Bridesmaids 2 might happen without  Kristen Wiig. Which if this happens the movie will focus on  Melissa McCarthy’s character Megan. Either way I think it would be a funny movie.
  • Les Misérables could be an amazing movie remake.  Hugh Jackman will play  Jean Valjean, Anne Hathaway will play  Fantine,   Russell Crowe will play Javert. I saw the play back in High School and this could end up being a good remake.  Les Misérables was originaly made into a movie back in 1998 with  Liam Neeson, Geoffrey Rush, and Uma Thurman.
  • Matthew Vaughn in talks with unknown person to write and direct Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.
  • Tim Burton wants to direct a live-action  Pinocchio (Yet another remake) and have Robert Downey Jr. as Gepetto.
  • Kanye West is the  artistic supervisor for the Live Action Jetsons movie. Finally, almost 20 years after the Flintstones movie was made there is a Jetsons movie being made. Now my only question is, will  the movie be as racist as the show? Notice there was only white people in the show.
