Break Time!

I've got some bad news. The blog will be down for the next 2 weeks while I work out some work related stuff. I'm sorry if this saddens you, but to keep up with my daily schedule (I am sorry I havent been following lately) I have to do this every once and a while. I will start posting blogs again on August 6th. The blog for that day will be up before 3 PM and I will hold myself to that. I hope that you return after this short break as there will be more contests and better content coming your way.

Until Next Time,

RTX was AWESOME!

The Gaming news for the week:
  • Assassin's Creed 3 Rise Trailer:
  • Halo 4 Forge details released at RTX this past weekend. If you missed it, here is a video of the details:
  • The Villian Trailer for Black Ops 2:

Yes, that did say that the story was created by David S. Goyer, the co-writer of The Dark Knight Rises. It also said that Trent Reznor was the composer of the game. Yeah, thats right the frontman of Nine Inch Nails and composer for The Social Network (which he won an Oscar for) is the composer for the game!
Don't forget about my Twitter Contest to win Tickets to see The Dark Knight Rises! If I get 1000 Twitter followers by July 20th, 10 lucky people will receive tickets to see The Dark Knight Rises at any showing of their choice.

...and also The Walking Dead Escape.
  • Dredd 3D:
  • Michael Fassbender has singed with Ubisoft Motion Pictures to co-produce and star in an Upcoming Assassin's Creed game. Ubisoft Motion Pictures has signed with Sony so that UMP has almost an unlimited amount of creative control. That is the only news out now, but it does create a long list of question.
    Questions like:
    -Who will Michael Fassbender play?
-Which Assassin will be in it?
-Will it be a new Assassin?
-What time period will the main amount of the story take place?
The list goes on and on.
  • The villain for Star Trek 2 has been announced. Karl Urban has leaked that Benedict Cumberbatch will be playing Gary Mitchell, NOT Khan. If you didn't watch the original Star Trek TV series you would not know who he is. He was in the third episode of the series title Where No Man Has Gone Before. That episode was about the Enterprise crew discovering the log of a long-lost ship. Two crew members transform into beings of immense psychic ability. One of which is Kirk’s longtime friend Gary Mitchell. These new powers corrupt Mitchell, and force Kirk and Spock to strand him on a remote planet. Mitchell causes problem and forces Kirk to kill him to save the universe.

Seriously though, I have a Blog?!

The Television news for the week:
            • There is only one piece of news today and I wouldn't consider it news. HBO has released the first episode of their series called The Newsroom onto YouTube. They are actually smart for doing this since most of the worlds population lives on YouTube. I would Embed the episode into this post, but HBO has disabled the option to Embed. Here is the link to the episode on YouTube: The Newsroom
I watched the whole episode yesterday (that was why the blog was up late) and I absolutely loved it. I hope you people love it too.

The Newsroom airs on HBO at 10 PM on Sundays.
