- Netflix decides not to pick up Terra Nova from Fox. Smart business move there. The show cost over $4 Million an episode to make. It was expensive and wasn't a fan favorite. Fox still has the cast and crew under contract so who knows what will be done with the show. There is still no word whether Netflix will be purchasing The River from Fox. My hopes are that they would so they can give the show a chance to reach its full potential.
- Bryan Fuller, creator of Pushing Daisies and Dead Like Me, is working on a series about Hannibal, Thomas Harris iconic serial killer. It is planned to take place in between the movies Hannibal Rising and Red Dragon. Bryan Fuller is also the one behind the reboot of The Munsters TV series. Channels are being cautious with Hannibal, they are only putting in an order for 13 episodes. Not to much news is out the show since it is in the first stages of being made.
- Here is a trailer for a new show coming to HBO called The Newsroom. It features Jeff Daniels as Will McAvoy, a news anchor who has an on-air meltdown and jeopardizes his career and future. Check out the trailer below:
