Hans Zimmer: The Man that Composes Awesomeness!

On Fridays I will be going to my iTunes and turning on shuffle and who ever is the artist of the song that plays will be the focus for the blog.

This weeks post is going to be about: Hans Zimmer
Hans Zimmer is an award winning German Composer with many famous films under his belt. Here is a list of a few that stood out to me:
  • Twister
  • Days of Thunder
  • The Lion King
  • Pearl Harbor
  • Pirates of the Caribbean Series
  • Batman Begins-The Dark Knight Rises
  • Inception
  • The Pacific
He has been making amazing music since 1977. In his 35 years he has released some amazing stuff. He has won awards for his scores in Inception, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, The Lion King, and much more. I have been a fan of his work since I bought the soundtrack for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl. And from then on any movie that I saw with his score in it, I had to but the album.

I have Batman Begins, Inception, The Dark Knight, Sherlock Holmes, The Pirates of the Caribbean Series, and even The Pacific. His music is so soothing and amazing. His music is actually what I listen to while I write these blogs everyday. I can listen to his music forever and it will never get old. And man I can't wait to see what he has in-store for The Dark Knight Rises.

And that is how my iTunes found him while it was on Shuffle!
