Fun filled day of gaming news!

The Gaming news of the day:
  • The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is now the number 3 game on Xbox Live. It beat out Battlefield 3 and is doesn't even have any multi-player aspect to the game.
  • The Lord of the Rings could be the next series to be made into a Lego Game.
  • Popular Youtuber Freddie Wong made a Video about what you can only do in Battlefield 3. Check it out here.
  • Here is a 9 minute Fan film for Left 4 Dead.
  • Rocksteady released a Cheat code for Batman: Arkham City that allows you to use the alterniate Batman skins in your first play through. To enter the cheat code, go to Arkham City’s main menu and press Left, Left, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down. A sound will be made when enter it right, and then you can select the skin of your choice. I entered the code right and got the audio confirmation, but I was not able to select the skin. Let me know if you guys try it and it works.
  • Star Wars: The Old Republic could have been a Dark Tower or Game of Thrones MMO. BioWare tossed around the ideas, but eventually went with Star Wars: The Old Republic.
  • Nintendo to release Wii U in the later half of this year. Rumors suggest it will be as powerful as the Xbox 360.
  • Star Wars: The Old Republic may go free to play, but my computer is still too weak and old to run it.
  • Star Wars Battlefront 3 is now in development. Kinda funny since I just bought the original for under $3.
  • Sony, EA, and Nintendo are no longer supporting SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act). They fear that the repercussions from fans will do major damages.
  • Portal 2 is Game of the Year!!!
  • Epic Mickey 2 is rumored for Xbox 360 and PS3. Hopefully it is as good as the first one!
  • Star Wars: The Old Republic might be coming to Mac.
  • Only in Battlefield 3 Video Community Challenge
