The Movie news for the Week:
- Star Trek 2 is being confirmed to be released in IMAX 3D. The IMAX part excites me, but the 3D part doesn't. I wish more directors had the same views as Christopher Nolan. I guess they are only worried about making the money.
- Here is a close up of the Batwing from The Dark Knight Rises:
As the picture says, it is outfited with: - Rocket launchers
- Flood lights (only slightly less awesome than rocket launchers)
- Dual machine guns
- And an EMP cannon
- Michael Bay's adaption of the Teenage MUTANT Ninja Turtles story is being delayed until May of 2014. Did you hear that? Oh, it was just a big sigh from the nerd community. When Michael Bay announced the turtles would become extraterrestrials, there was a big out cry from the nerd community. Michael Bay told them to chill out and wait until they hear more about the story. I would like to think that this delay was because of that lash out.
