Candy Land Movie? Say WHAT?!

As I always on the Monday blog, I post the Weekend Box Office Results:
  1. Chronicle
  2. The Woman in Black
  3. The Grey
  4. Big Miracle
  5. Underworld Awakening
Now onto the movie news for this week:
  • Mel Gibson movie skips over theatrics and goes straight to DirecTV's Video on Demand. His new action thriller, Get the Gringo, will be released on May 1st for $10.99.
  • Rumor: Another  abomination might be coming from Adam Sandler's production company, Happy Madison. They are collaborating with Hasbro on a Candy Land movie. This is yet another board game that will be made into a movie. Real Steel (Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots) and Battleship are the most recent ones to be made.
  • Russell Crowe and Liam Neeson have been offered roles in  Darren Aronofsky’s Noah. Russell Crowe  would play Noah and  Liam Neeson would have a supporting role.
  • Harrison Ford in talks with Ridley Scott to maybe star in the new Blade Runner film. The only quesion is will it be a remake with him doing a cameo? Or will he be reprising his role as  Rick Deckard?
Thanks for reading today's post, as always leave a comment down below about anything or the question of the day, which is:

QOTD: Is Mel Gibson career going down the Toilet?

Charlie Sheen needs "Anger Management"!

Do you guys remember the Adam Sandler movie with Jack Nicholson, you know Anger Management. Well Charlies Sheen is trying to turn it into a sitcom. He has been pitching a show idea to may different television networks and cable outlets he finally gets it picked up by FX. They are starting out filming 10 episodes and if it passes to FX's standards they will plan for another 90 episodes. I don't know how I feel about it, but I did like the movie.

Another thing is Cinemax is trying to make a Transporter TV show and they are having a few delays. The lead actor, Chris Vance, got injured while filming and was suppose to take about 2-3 weeks to fully heal. But the producers still don't think he is ready since he is still walking with a limp. Filming for the 12 episode season started in June and was suppose to wrap in the beginning of November. Chris Vance won't be reevaluated by the doctors for another 3 weeks. Filming has stopped until he is cleared by the doctors. If all goes well they will continues filming by early 2012 since there is a small amount of filming left to do. And they say there will be very little change to the shows debut.

I'm gonna try something new today to see how it goes. I'm gonna start having a question of the day (QOTD) to promote comments.

QOTD: How do you think the Anger Management Sitcom will turn out with Charlie Sheen?
